Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Mo’s Velvet Events & Venue! We are committed to creating fun, memorable, and enjoyable experiences for all of our guests. Please review the following policies before booking.

Event Registration

Full payment is required to secure your seat for all public events unless otherwise stated. Registration is not guaranteed until payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend an event, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 7–13 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

Event Transfers

If you cannot attend a scheduled event, you may transfer your reservation to another guest by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event.

Event Changes

Mo’s Velvet Events & Venue reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel an event due to low attendance, weather conditions, venue issues, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.

If we cancel an event, guests will have the option to:

  • Receive a full refund, or

  • Transfer registration to a future event.

Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Food and beverages may be served at certain events. Guests are responsible for notifying us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before attending. While we strive to accommodate guests whenever possible, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Liability Waiver

By attending an event hosted by Mo’s Velvet Events & Venue, guests voluntarily participate in activities and assume responsibility for their own safety and personal belongings.

Mo’s Velvet Events & Venue is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Photography & Marketing

Photos and videos may be taken during events for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending, guests grant permission for their image to be used on our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing before the event.
